Categories: Self Help | August 14th, 2009 | by admin | no comments

In today's society, we live an hidden paradox. On one side, people are led to an increasing isolation and on the other end, they are obliged to be well integrated in groups (as a result of their work or leisure) and to be motivated. This is, at the least, an herculean task!

If the individual is simply left at his own will, many times, his behavior doesn't correspond to what was expected from him, to his capacities and abilities, to his potential… And why this happens?

Simply, because the individual doesn't have motivation! And individuals without motivation, simply cant make a motivated group and generate great results!

motivation can be defined as the internal and/or external strength, that enhances or reduces the persecution of defined goals.

Inspirational Thoughts For the Day – Do Not Be Afraid to Take Risks

Categories: Self Improvement | August 13th, 2009 | by admin | no comments

A lot of people are simply too scared to take risks. Every now and then they get a great idea in their heads but then, in creeps that little voice that says “But what if…”. If you listen to it long enough, there is no way that you'll try out your idea and you'll always be wondering whether it could have worked. Does that sound familiar?

Well, let me tell you, life involves risks. It's a risk to get out of bed in the morning! You shouldn't be afraid of taking risks as life would be so very boring if we took no risks at all. Don't be afraid. Be daring. I love taking risks even though they don't always pay off. It's easier to try again than to sit back and say I never tried at all.

Are You Lacking Motivation? | ArticlesBase.com

When you first wake up in the morning, do you ever have a sinking feeling like youre stuck in a rut and cant get motivated for the day? Sometimes it is really hard to get out of a rut once youre in it. Here are some great ways to get motivated again.

1. Divide and Conquer

Use the wisdom of military leaders and look at your day like a battlefield. It is completely discouraging to charge right in to try to tackle an overwhelming army in one big mass. Divide it up into smaller groups and conquer them throughout the day. It is always effective to break your tasks into manageable steps. That way you can complete each step fully and feel satisfied with your progress instead of spinning your wheels trying to do everything at once.

Why It Is Always Right To Do the Right Thing

Categories: Self Improvement | August 8th, 2009 | by admin | no comments

There were times in my life when I had precious little left but my integrity. Ive walked out of an impending business deal I desperately needed to make ends meet because I was told I had to pay a bribe for the deal to go through. I had a major contract sputter and die when I refused to remove all spiritual reference from my motivational material. It was not easy to walk away at those deals not knowing where I was going to get the money to keep going. But for the sake of my character and my future, it was the right thing to do!

You Need To Overcome Procrastination Before It Kills You

Categories: Self Improvement | July 27th, 2009 | by admin | no comments

Sounds a little dramatic doesn't it? Well let me give you several examples and you can decide for yourself.

If you were to Procrastinate:
Having a regular check up with your doctor – a serious condition that could be prevented could spiral out of control.

If you were to Procrastinate:
Taking action on that project at work – you could lose your source of income jeopardizing everything you own.

If you were to Procrastinate:
Renewing your drives license – taking a chance that the police could pull you over and impound your car.

If you were to Procrastinate:
Getting in shape (exercising) – it will lead to obesity, high blood pressure or diabetes… (these are life threatening conditions.

Motivation is the Key to Everything!

Categories: Self Improvement | July 22nd, 2009 | by admin | no comments

Waking up in the morning, the day can loom ahead of you like Mount Everest. More often than not, my mornings have begun with the, sometimes unbearable, weight of knowledge that once I climb out of bed, I don't get to rest again until I'm over the top of that bloody mountain!

I often wonder at people that can motivate themselves to great sporting or business victories, while for me finding the motivation to leave my bed is a struggle.

motivation is the key to everything. I am not talking about the intense type of motivation it takes to be an elite athlete, or super salesman. I am talking about the quiet, unassuming motivation that keeps getting us out of bed every morning. Unfortunately, for some of us this feels like the same thing.

Categories: Self Help | July 20th, 2009 | by admin | no comments

Depending on your personal situation you may very well need to make money online now! Now I don't want to sound overdramatic here, but some of you have been playing around with Internet marketing long enough. Only you can determine whether you are desperate enough to finally make it happen for yourself.

Most people who finally make money on the Internet for the first time do so because they have a real reason why they want to do at this time. This is at the root of what drives most successful Internet marketers because it is an extremely important point.

No two people are going to have the exact same reason why they want to make money online now. The motivation for many people to take Internet marketing more serious than they have in the past
is due to the difficult economy.

Gentle challenges followed by rest days can improve your speed, endurance and motivation while reducing the chance of aches and pains. Here's how:

Speed

A regular increase in speed can boost your confidence as well as your pace. You can try this on a track or on a 400-metre stretch of road.
