Start Dropping the Pounds Today
Losing weight is more a mental challenge than a physical one. Sure there is need of physical work in order to start losing weight, but if your mental fitness isn't strong then you'll never get any physical work done at all. I'm talking about self-control and having the mindset that you are indeed going to lose weight and that you are indeed going to look amazing after the fact.
I've seen so many people start out strong with fitness programs and gym memberships to only quit working out when they don't see results immediately. If you don't have the guts to stick with an exercise program then you are weak minded. You have no personal drive. If you can't stick to working out then its a matter of choice rather than anything else. You can always eat healthier if you can't possibly work out, but often people will give up on that as well.
You have to be able to stick with something otherwise you will be experiencing a lot of disappointments in life. When you can get to the point where you are able to stick with your commitments then you are truly ready to start losing weight. So I want to challenge you to get mentally ready to lose weight because if you aren't then chances are you'll be quitting one or two weeks down the road. It may take having an accountable partner who will make sure you are working out or it may take a scare from the doctor. Do what it takes to get ready to lose weight and you'll be ready for success.
